What to Expect in Class

When you join a class at Bungee Fitness, you’ll be welcomed by our trained team and guided through every step of the session. A typical class includes:

  • Instruction on basic bungee movements
  • Structured routines that combine cardio and resistance
  • Core-focused strength segments
  • A cool-down and stretch

Most classes are 45 to 60 minutes long. You’ll leave feeling accomplished, re-energized, and often surprised at how much fun you just had while getting a full-body workout.

What to wear: We recommend fitted, comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. The harness fits securely around the waist and thighs, so tighter athletic wear helps ensure comfort and ease of movement.
